Kama Cicero
Boston Real Estate Broker & WSR Founder
Kama Cicero is the founder and principal broker of Washington Square Residential, with more than 20 years of real estate experience serving Greater Boston. A trusted expert in sales, rentals, and property management, Kama is known for her professionalism, integrity, and unwavering commitment to her clients. Her hands-on approach and deep local knowledge have earned her a loyal base of clients who value her honest guidance and meticulous attention to detail.
A lifelong Boston resident, Kama offers clients more than just transactional support—she brings insight into market trends, housing forecasts, and realistic strategies to help them succeed. Whether guiding first-time buyers or advising seasoned investors, Kama’s approach is rooted in clear communication, trust, and a genuine desire to help others—values that reflect her early background in special education and mental health services.
Kama holds degrees from Northeastern University and Lesley University, with a BS in Psychology and a Master’s in Special Education. Before launching her real estate career, she worked closely with autistic adults, at-risk youth, and individuals with special needs—experiences that continue to shape her empathetic and service-driven mindset.
In addition to her leadership at WSR, Kama is the founder of STARS of Boston (Short Term Apartment Rental Solutions), a company offering fully furnished rentals throughout Boston. Many of these rentals serve patients, medical professionals, and families in need of short-term housing with comfort and dignity at the forefront.
When she’s not serving clients, Kama enjoys riding her motorcycle and spending time with her two children and her famous sidekick, Cisco—the beloved dog often spotted cruising through town in his custom biker gear.
